Horse vs. Owner/Handler/Rider: A little unruly. Lazy for every day riding, but as soon as he sees a jump he's on his P's and Q's and ready for action. Very excitable at shows too.

IMPORTANT

Flynn is blind in his right eye! But this does not slow him down one bit in the show ring. In fact, this little guy acts like he has something to prove to all those Warmblood owners. You don't have to be perfect and purebred to compete against the big guys. 

Flynn developed an infection in his right eye at a young age. Vets were able to save the eye, but not before he lost most of his sight. He can see shadows in his right eye, but that's it. The infection caused his eye to become cloudy, turning a whitish-blue color. Vets say the eye doesn't bother him and he should be able to keep it. 

Besides this, Flynn is a healthy young stallion, full of energy and charisma. He's a clown, a show off and an absolute pain to ride. Flynn will crow hop and bolt whenever you're not paying attention. He's been known to balk and refuse to take another step while leading. He's a pig too. He won't leave his food for nothing! 

But drag him to an arena with jumps, and he's a perfect doll. He's extremely athletic and competitive when it counts. Rivendell hopes to bring many ribbons home with this darling boy <3
